Refunds

At this time V'CARÍ will not refund any orders placed online. If you have received an order defected or damaged, please email us at info@shopvcari.com.

Returns

We hope your love your purchase and in the event that you want to return your item please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to our FAQ page for more details.  

Cancellations

To cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@shopvcari.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify it for you if possible. Kindly note that for dispatched orders, we are unable to make any changes. To cancel or change a pre-order purchase please see our PRE-ORDER section on our FAQ page.

Shipping Price

- Free shipping on orders over $150 

- Standard Shipping $10.80

- Express Shipping $29

Delivery

- Free shipping 7-10 business days

- Standard Shipping 7-10 business days

- Express Shipping   3-5 business days

*Note: Weekends and holidays will not count as delivery days. We will not ship internationally, to a PO BOX, or to pack stations.

Processing Time

- In stock items: 1-3 business days

- Pre-Order items: For pre-order items, generally it will take around 30 days (A specific time will will be mentioned on the product page) for us to restock it  and then process it in 1-3 days for delivery. 

Orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST) will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Carrier

- Free & Standard Shipping: we will ship via your local carrier, such as USPS.

- Express Shipping: we will ship via your local carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Taxes 

For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the following states: Georgia.

Wrong/Incomplete Address Disclaimer (If Applicable) 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly and completely. If the wrong/incomplete shipping address is provided, please contact us at info@shopvcari.com immediately! We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect/incomplete address the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied. Kindly note that when the package is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure you write the correct/complete address when you place an order. V'CARÍ is not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
